Building A Community
Our commitment to people is at the forefront of everything we do. It is reflected in the efforts we put forth in building a community inside, as well as outside of Dyax.
At Dyax, our employee Outreach Committee organizes company participation in more than 12 charity events annually to benefit local non-profit organizations. Our mission encourages volunteerism among Dyax employees and fosters a connection between Dyax employees and community-based charities.
Participation in these events is tremendous, whether it is our annual Dyax Charity Auction, a Walk for Hunger, sorting food for the homeless, our Salvation Army Teddy Bear contest, or our Dyax Trivia night. Because the charity event schedule is so diverse and interactive, it gives all of our employees the opportunity to connect with each other outside of the day-to-day work environment.
We are proud to have assembled a group of people who really believe in the power of change-in the communities where we live and work, and in the lives of patients and the people who care about them.
